TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Zenith Impex (Proprietorship, registered in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India).

  • “You”, “Buyer”, “Client” refers to the person or entity placing an order through our website or IndiaMART listing.

  • “Goods” refers to pharmaceutical medicines, tablets, capsules, injections and related products offered for export.

  • “Website” refers to https://www.zenithimpexglobal.com/ and our listing on IndiaMART.

  • “Order” means the Buyer’s request to purchase Goods from Us, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Application of Terms : These Terms & Conditions govern all Orders placed by You with Us. By placing an Order, You accept these Terms. If You do not agree with any part, please do not place an Order.

3. Order Process

  • You submit an enquiry/order via our website or IndiaMART.

  • We review Your order and send you a Proforma Invoice or Order Confirmation.

  • A binding contract is formed only when we send an Order Confirmation or when full payment has been received (whichever occurs first).

  • We reserve the right to reject any Order without giving a reason.

4. Prices & Payment

  • Prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) or as specified in the Proforma Invoice.

  • Payment terms will be as set out in the invoice. Typically, full advance payment or other terms as agreed.

  • All bank charges, wire transfer fees, customs duties, taxes and other charges are to be borne by You unless otherwise agreed.

5. Export & Shipping

  • We export Goods from India to the destination country. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations of the destination country.

  • Shipping, customs clearance, import duties, taxes and other clearance formalities at the destination are at Your risk and cost unless otherwise agreed.

  • Delivery times are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by customs, regulatory inspections, transit, or force majeure.

6. Customs & Regulatory Hold-ups

  • If Goods are held, detained or delayed by customs or regulatory authorities (in India or the destination country), we will assist to the extent reasonably possible.

  • If Goods are returned to us only then will we process a reshipment (if applicable) or refund (if applicable) as per our policy below.

7. No Refund / Reshipment Policy

  • Our policy is: no refunds once the Goods have been shipped, and reshipment only in the event the parcel is returned to us.

  • If a parcel is held by customs and not returned to us, we are not liable to issue a refund or send a replacement.

  • Once the parcel is returned to our warehouse and condition verified, we may agree to reship under the same terms of the original sale, or provide a refund at our discretion (less any shipping/handling costs).

  • We strongly advise You to check import eligibility, customs regulations and applicable duties in the destination country before placing the Order.

8. Title & Risk

  • Risk in the Goods passes to You when the Goods are loaded onto the carrier at the dispatch point in India.

  • Title to the Goods remains with us until full payment has been received.
